Torside Reservoir – and the snowy landscape of the Peak District

Last Saturday I got the chance to properly test drive my new graduation gift from my parents, a mirrorless camera. Me and a couple of friends drove down to Torside Reservoir for a walk before the accumulation from the snowfall of the last couple of days disappeared. Leaving Sheffield around lunchtime we arrive at the Torside Carpark within 45 minutes and set off east on a journey around the three reservoirs: Torside, Rhodeswood and Woodhead. The photos were taken using the Nikon Z6 with a 24-70mm F4  lens (which is the standard Kit) and I can honestly say I’m in love with it.
